Technical ServiceSpecialist / 技术服务专员– IT

MajorResponsibilities

•         Delight our customers byproviding support including installation, Preventive Maintenance, TechnicalService Bulletins and repair by documenting, following-up, and closing calls asper Abbott Diagnostics quality system

•         Partner cross-functionally and internally while maintaining positiverelationships and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorilywhile exceeding customer needs

•         Partner with national IT team to work on presale related communicationabout LIS, IT frame work/ structure design, IT preparation for installation andother related tasks.

•         Workflow IT utility testing / trouble shooting and problem solving.

•         Successfully achieve the established business metrics including servicesales, cost of service and key performance indicators for assigned customers/accounts

•         Champion utilization of remote support tools to proactively improveinstrument up time

•         Timely consolidate and collect feedback base on customer opinions on ITrelated products enhancement.  

•         Responsible for NPS improvement on IT related products.

•         Proactively improve expertisethrough continuous learning and certifications

Requirement

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

·         Bachelors/Engineering Degree in Informatics /Electrical/Mechanical orMedical Technology is preferred.

·         Familiar with core Lab operation process.

·         Experiences in LIS (HIS) company / commercial Lab/ hospital informaticsdepartment would be preferred

·         Practical experience of interfacing with customers preferred.

·         Basic English skills are preferred (written and oral). Proficiency inlocal language required.

·         Scope of responsibility includes representing Abbott Diagnostics toassigned customers in a professional, forthright and ethical manner. Theposition reports to a Service Manager and is accountable for achievingindividual and supporting team goals.

Jr.Application Specialist / 初级应用专员

工作地点：南京、上海、杭州、成都、沈阳、北京、武汉、广州、西安

主要职责

1）产品使用过程中的常见疑难问题解决；    2）通过良好的沟通和协作，为销售和维修队伍提供基础的应用技术支持和常规培训；    3）支持客户的实验室认证和性能验证工作；    4）代理商应用技术支持队伍的基础支持和常规培训；

5）仪器安装后的使用、保养培训；

要求

1）具有临床医学或检验医学的教育背景。

2）具有临床医学或检验医学大于半年的实习工作经验。
